 Do you ship worldwide?

 Yes, we proudly ship to customers all over the world.

 Where do you ship from?

 All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

 As we strive to process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we’re unable to make changes — but you may return your order once received for a full refund.

 What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

 When will my order be processed?

 Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Shipping typically begins the day after your order is processed. Note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer.

How long will it take to receive my order? Due to high global demand, delivery times range from 2–4 weeks. We appreciate your patience and are always here to assist if you need updates on your order.

 What if I don't receive my order?

 If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Simply contact us at shop.klyraa@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

 Prices shown on our site are tax-free in AUD. However, you may be responsible for duties and taxes depending on your country's import regulations. These fees are not covered by Klyra. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

How do I return an item? 

To initiate a return, please email us at shop.klyraa@gmail.com. We’ll guide you through the return process step-by-step.

 What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

 Please contact us immediately at shop.klyraa@gmail.com with: • Your order number • Clear photos of the item(s) • A brief description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

When will I receive my refund?

 Refunds are issued to your original payment method. • Credit/debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. • If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider first for an update.
